How to partition hard ?

Partitioning :

Step 1: Right click on my computer and select manage.


Step 2: Select Management in Manage.

Step 3:
Here lie's the task.
If you have un-alloed space and you have to crte a partition follow the below process.
Right click on un-alloed space and select 'new simple volume'.


Step 4: Then select the letter you want and click 'next'.

Step 5: Click nextuntilyou arrive this dialogue box.
Always select File system as NTFS because it incrses systemperformance. Select the
options you want and click 'next'.

Step 6 : Then you see a new volume with a drive letter.


If you don't have un-alloed space then follow this process.
Step 1: Right click on partition you wanted tore partitionand select 'shrink volume'.

Step 2: Select the size in bytes and click 'Shrink'.

Step 3: Then a un-alloed drive will be formed. To crte a partition from it go to step 3 in before
process.
That's all. New partition is rdy.......
