How to Unroot the Blade
Need to send in your device for any warranty purpose? Want to unroot it so you can reinstate its warranty? No problem, here’s how you can do that. Flashing the stock firmware on your device will unroot it and get it back to stock in no time. So, here goes our guide on how to unroot the Blade smartphone.By EditAndroidI. Before You Begin:1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure givenhere.2. You must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your device. If you don’t, get it fromhere.3. Your device should have at lst 70% of battery life left.II. Downloading Required Files:1.Stock ROMOUK_P729BV1.0.0B08 (OLED+TFT devices)- Stock system and boot -DOWNLOAD(Mediafire Pro) - MD5: 97f1bb0f657ce21d8b7983a1fb12f7f4OUK_P729BV1.0.0B05 (OLED devices only)- Stock system and boot -DOWNLOAD(Mediafire Pro) - MD5: 8f082502f8b5b6dc5cf9e9fef626e7862.Quick Boot—QR (Google Play Link)III. Unrooting the Blade:1. Download and place the Stock ROM onto your Desktop.2. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.3. Copy theStock ROMfile over to the root of your SD card.4. Unplug the device from your PC once the file’s been copied.5. Now hd over to Google Play and install theQuick Bootapp on your device.6. Once installed, launch it from your App Drawer.7. TapRecoveryoption in the app and it’ll reboot your device into Recovery mode.8. From the Recovery menu, selectinstall zip from sdcardfollowed bychoose zip from sdcard.9. Choose theStock ROMfile you copied rlier for flashing.10. It’ll take a while to flash the ROM, so be patient.11. Once it’s done, reboot your device.12. And you’re done!Cool!
